IT Systems & Helpdesk Administrator (Fluent English)

As an IT Systems & Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's IT environment, acting as a key point of contact for internal users and ensuring reliable, secure, and well-organized IT operations.

• Manage and maintain the core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, domain controllers, user devices).
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal technical support and troubleshoot day‑to‑day IT issues.
• Ensure backups, basic security measures, and overall system reliability.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Coordinate with external IT providers when required.
• Identify improvement opportunities, help structure IT processes, and maintain clear documentation.
