  • 2st line technical support experience
  • 2 years or more experience as leader in Global organizations
  • Ability to manage employees remotely
  • Ability to prioritize tasks incidents and projects
  • Multi-tasking

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Escalating tickets as appropriate in line with ITIL best practice
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Documenting tickets effectively to help future support
  • Working in a organised and timeley manner
  • The Successful Applicant
  • Proven knowledge Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office 2010 to 2016 and Office 365
  • Basic Network maintainence
  • Active Directory administration
  • Provide solutions to desktop / mobile and systems problems
  • Friendly and approachable telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Software troubleshooting and assistance
  • Experience of working to and reporting against SLAs
  • Good working knowledge of current versions of MS Office and Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint OnLine
  • Hardware troubleshooting and support
  • Windows laptops and PCs
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Server Administration and support
  • Windows Server 2012 R2 and later
  • Active Directory
  • Networking knowledge
  • Know how to work under pressure
  • LAN/WAN technology fundamentals
