  • Coordinate administrative activities and processes within the team
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and coordinate their distribution and follow-up
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Coordinate financial processes such as invoicing, payments, expense reports
  • Provide support for external document notarization and legalization activities
  • Assist team members to update and maintain databases for documents and tracking purposes
  • Support team members in managing external communication
  • Support the management of training requirements

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Completed commercial or scientific professional education
  • Min. 3 years of related experience in administrative support role, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of document management systems
