  • Outline and drive the global brand delivery schedule based on KPIs set together with the businesses we support in order to ensure maximum ROI
  • Ensure effectiveness of internal (business) relationships and communication
  • Establish the brand internally through effective and impactful internal communications
  • Define the brand proposition and its differentiators
  • Project development and coordination (internal and external communication tools)
  • Monitor, follow-up and evaluate the implementation progress of the plans and budgets with the business. Validate the monthly reporting & define monthly action plans
  • Drive improvements of different marketing channels
  • Competition monitoring and industry
  • Optimize existing actions, pilot & grow digital activity to further digitalize local marketing operations
  • Monitor, develop & drive new marketing approaches to pilot high-impact & innovative marketing actions
  • Execute and share best practices, promotions and campaigns with the other members of the marketing teams at the Shared Services Center and in local/regional offices

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Solid understanding of how the different online and offline marketing channels work together
  • Experience analyzing conversion data, ROI and other analytically-oriented material
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
  • Very high attention to detail and drive for perfection
  • Team-player and self-motivated to help to grow the marketing activities
  • Leadership, negotiation and convincing skills to ensure high-quality collaboration with local/regional marketing teams
  • (Near) native oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
