International industrial company based in barcelona in full growht at national and international level, wants to incorporate a sales manager to take responsability for the gerrman market.


  • Working on public tenders and making proposals.
  • Following up on enquiries from our online campaigns.
  • Analyzing our German web visitors and creating leads out of them through active approach.
  • Signing up new resellers through active approach in various regions and business verticals.
  • Coaching and supporting resellers with product and marketing support.
  • Benchmarking our products against the competition and understand our market position.
  • Following German/Austrian/Swiss media to stay on top of market trends.
  • Someone that could grow to potentially lead a larger team.
  • Estimated market focus: 70% Germany, 30% Austria and Switzerland.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • German native and excellent English.
  • Experience with selling to the German market.
  • Minimum bachelors' level (for instance in business, economics, marketing, engineering).
  • Experience with B2B direct sales.
  • Friendly, trustworthy, representative in behavior and conversation.
  • Exploring mind that likes to research and tests new approaches to learn from it.
  • Organized person that likes to structure his/her own work.
  • Living in BCN area.

Qué ofrecemos

  • 30.000-36.000€/year + bonus depending on achivements and yearly goals.
