Installation support. To carry out when required detailed site surveys, and to provide installations support in cooperation with the Regional Functions, and direct customers, to ensure that installations are carried out inline with the requirements of the central function.
Provide direct on farm support to ensure a high level of customer experience in line with Regional Functions Tier 1 support.
To provide the product training link from the manufacturer to the customer to ensure the customer can use the system to its full potential, with the support of the Regional Functions.
Providing professional customer care and building the correct relationships with customers so we can approach them and:
- upsell our product portfolio to the customer
- upgrade the install base to ensure the customer has the latest technology on farm and can use our device to support is farm objectives.
To be the interface between direct customer and the dealer into the Regional Functions on product quality control in the field. Working with the Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to assess the reliability of the product in the field.
To work alongside potential Care service packages that are tailored for dealers and direct customer offering the support that is associated with them.
To support and sell to ensure the country forecast is achieved.
Perfil Buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
- Demonstratable previous experience in an Aftersales role working closely with customers.
- Knowledge of the zootechnical and agricultural sector is a must.
- Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal communication.
- Is a self-starter and is highly motivated
- Commercial experience advantageous
- Fluent in Spanish and Galician, English is an advantage.
