The key responsabilities of the Research Manager - FMCG are:

  • Ensure the research project delivers depth of insight understanding of the clientes market
  • Coordinate projects and keep client fully up to date with a project and liaise with them for sign off on questionnaires/guides, design detailed sample plan w/quotas, alignment of stimulus, with minimal senior involvement
  • Think through the business and market implications of a project and start to develop your own hypotheses on what the drivers of behaviour or greatest points of differentiation could be
  • Ensure and guide juniors to fulfil PM tasks properly on each project
  • Developmarketresearchinsightsandabletotranslatetobusinessinsightsthat are relevanttoclients
  • Build and establish relationship with client by demonstrating research expertise

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

The successful Research Manager - FMCG candidate must have:

  • Full proficiency level of English (daily work with international clients)
  • Solution focused profile able to lead and manage autonomously
  • Abletoanticipateandtroubleshootanypotentialissues
  • Be(come) confident discussing results with clients
  • Able to run investigative analysis including driver analysis, factor, correspondence mapping & etc
  • Effectively work with junior researchers by guiding them on basic MR skills, PM skills and analysis.
