¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Reorting to the Sales director, your main duties will be:

  • To develop and oversee business activities and strategies to meet the revenue, sales and profit targets set by the Sales Management.
  • Understand and manage the complexity of the clients in each area.
  • Responsible for achieving price and sales volume targets.
  • Delivering outstanding results in terms of cost reduction and value contribution.
  • Coordinate with other departments and areas of the organization to ensure the correct customer service and continuous improvement, contributing your knowledge of the market and the customer.
  • To lead a team of 3 people

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

This position requires a safety mind-set and a strong work ethic and:

  • Education: University Degree & Master's degree in Commercial Management will be a plus.
  • Experience: 3/5 years commercial experience, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the packaging and canning industry.
  • Soft skills: customer Focus, organizational agility, business acumen, Managing Vision & Purpose.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in English (B2) and Spanish. Any other language an advantage.
  • Availability to travel
  • Strong negotiation skills.
