- Managing the sales activities from the office, by mail or phone mainly.
- Leading the distributors to achieve sales targets.
- Carrying out sales training with sales executives/Representatives and role-playing sales
- Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
- Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators by account/distributor, by
channel, by product line.
- Reporting on progress towards sales KPI's.
- Prepare and present his/hers division's quarterly/annual plans to senior management.
- Visiting/meeting/and setting up business plans with each and every customers/Distributors and potential customers/Distributors.
- Liaising with other departments within the company, working cross functionally with other divisions to deliver best in class results.
- Organize training workshops with distributors.
- Available to travel 1/2 times per month.
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
- Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.
- Networking with companies/Distributors in the industry.
Perfil Buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
- Life Sciences Degree will be a plus.
- International B2B experience.
- Based in Madrid.
- English: high level is a must.
