The key responsabilities of the Inside Sales - Business Services Company are:

  • Act as an Ambassador for the business, and promote the company and its products in order to develp new B2B clients and new business
  • To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team (in Spain and Switzerland) to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
  • Convert calls to new business leads
  • To inform potential clients on the company' products and services
  • To use company databases to gain potential leads
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
  • Deal with telephone, email and LinkedIn opportunities of business
  • Setting up new business and follow up meetings with prospective clients

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

The successful Inside Sales - Business Services Company candidate must have:

  • Previous B2B sales experience (+3 years)
  • Advanced level of English + other advanced level language (French or German)
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Someone with a positive approach to objection handling is essential
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and social networking (LinkedIn)
