- Prepare the documentation and carry out the processing and monitoring of grant applications.
- Detect Development needs within employees.
- Management of subsidized continuous training.
- Quality control of the training provided and document management.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar.
- +2 years' experience with HR Generalism. Very important experience in: Training, Develoment, and Talent Acquisition.
- English level (B2/First Certificate). A proof level will be made to participants.
