-Experience in using phone and LinkedIn to connect with new businesses.
- Experience in inside sales/business development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Polish or German communications.
- Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding strategic targets.
- Demonstrated understanding of the tech industry.
- Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive technical solutions to prospective clients.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market.
- Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered.
- Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports.
- Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.
- Salary: 18.000-24.000
- Schedule: 8:30h to 17:00h (Polish speaker); 7:30-8:00 - 16:00
- Contract type: 3 months + permanent contract
