Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support HR in the maintenance of employee database, and ensuring data is accurate and timely provided.
  • Processing of new hires, terminations and leaves
  • Collecting, reviewing, and verifying timecard/timesheet information
  • Collecting the employees changes and submission for payroll processing
  • Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., flex program, corporate benefits, insurance & car policies, etc.), in payroll
  • Being a first point of contact for queries from employees and managers related to payroll and administration.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)


  1. At least 3 years of HR or Payroll experience
  2. Strong analytical skills
  3. Advanced Microsoft Excel,
  4. Effective oral and written communication skills
  5. Multi-lingual (French, Dutch and English)
