Descripción
- To follow-up Deliveries:
- * To organize and coordinate direct transport with carriers and HQ Warehouse.
* To follow-up direct shipments in order to ensure the service to the final customers.
* To communicate with Local Customer Service to solve customers' complaints.
* To analyze logistics incidences and take action with carriers to reduce delivery issues.
* To carry out the tasks of issuing and preparing documents for specifics countries.
* To review POD (Proof of Delivery) date is correctly entered to ensure proper invoicing. - * To monitor returns being in contact with Local customer service and carrier.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Availability to start the contract in October.
Experience: 1/2 years in Logistics or Operations areas
Languages: Spanish and English bilingual or full professional

- Order To Cash processes
- Warehouse and logistics processes
- Advanced Excel/SAP
