Descripción
- You are responsible for the areas of: order processing, deliveries, invoicing for our subsidiaries in Germany and Spain.
- Close contact and interaction with our office and Warehouse in Germany.
- Client inquiries (national/international)
- After sales support
- inboud lead management and support to sales team as commercial back office
- General administrative activities and support in organizational matters.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Completed business studies or comparable commercial training with work experience
- Routine handling MS Office (including advanced Excel knowledge), ideally experience with SAP (Business One) and a good technical understanding of ERP process
- Pro-active, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- High degree of teamwork, ability to cope under stress and open for new tasks
Knowledge of GERMAN (native or bilingual) and ENGLISH (business-fluent) and FRENCH (business-fluent - it's a plus). SPANISH (a must).
