Important company in the insurance sector seeks to incorporate professionals into its customer service department
You are responsible for the client communication for designated account relationships.
- Communication management in day to day queries of our clients and insurers through different channels but mainly phone (letter, fax, e-mail).
- Coordinate and ensure follow-ups of the assigned contracts/clients.
- Handle and process medical reports.
- Keep records and filing up to date.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
- Active knowledge of German
* Permanent contract directly with them.
* Health and life insurance.

* Training: 1 month - under contract and paid.
