- Deliver excellent customer experiences in all interactions with internal and external customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and ensures proper settlement by considering the complexity, requirements and nature of an issue or complaint using judgment and correct application of policies and procedures.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
- Analysis, achievement and monitoring of KPIS.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a sales representative in a call center.
- Native level of Chinese (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Tech savvy skills to learn new software/applications quickly.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to approach problems logically.
- Strong planning & Scheduling skills.
- Organizing and planning time spend on specific activities.
- Keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of using MS Office apps, specific Word and Excel.
