Shared Services Centre
Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively
Be able to take accurate and concise information over the telephone
Perform the order entry into the SAP system (ERP)
Check stock availability and call the final consumer if there is any issue
Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping company
Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
Ensure basic maintenance of Operations Systems
Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices
Email dialogue with the customers and sales force
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Native German speaker & Fluent English is a must.
Any other European language is a plus.
Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports
Understanding of back office Operations systems
Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel. SAP is a plus.
