  • Ensure DtC order to cash processes, monitoring service levels and solving/escalating incidents.
  • Issues reception, escalation and follow-up.
  • Defective products pickup coordination.
  • Replacement products order creation and follow-up.
  • Consolidate data required to prepare Consumer Care analytics.
  • Provide qualitative insights.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar job.
  • It is essential to have a university degree or master's degree.
  • proficiency level of English and French and Spanish relevant.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Required).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to listen and active problems-solver.
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks and deliver on time.
  • Ability to handle pressure and workload.
  • Analytical skills.
