International company is looking for a Supervisor with high level of English and experience in contact center environment for its offices in Madrid.

- Design and implementation of actions before deviations and / or needs of the client.
- Report results of the Campaign.
- QA and coaching
- Administrative tasks such as holidays organization, payroll related incidences etc.
- Preparation of reports and reporting of campaign data to the AM and / or Site Manager.
- Support to the AM in the planning and management of the campaign.
- Meeting with the client and report of information.
- Lead and ensure methodology in the company's processes.
- Collaboration with the WFM area in the development of sizing according to LOB.
- Meetings with the team (informative, motivational or catalyzing problems / incidents).
- Interlocution with the different.
Perfil Buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
- Fluent level of English (C1)
- Experience in oursourcing.
- Sales oriented.
- Experience in banking and financial sector.
- Ability to work under presure.
