An excellent opportunity to join a fast growing Company in the FMCG sector operating in Iberia, as a Brand Manager Junior.

Overall, responsible for managing key projects and support for the brands under responsibility to achieve business targets, which will be a mix of local, iberian or international brands.

The candidate will be based in Madrid with traveling to Portugal, Italy or other.

Key requirements are minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management, ideally in DPH, and shows strong analytical and execution excellence, in addition results driven attitude.

The Brand Manager Junior hierarchically reports to the Brand Manager Personal Care Iberia.

Management of category strategies and plans while collaborating in roadmaps development

  • Innovation development support (Concept, Formula, Packaging and image; financials pre-evaluation)
  • Run business analysis, gaps/opportunities assessment, both Brand / Category market and financially
  • Develop and execute promo, advertising, instore and PR plans .
  • Promotional plan development, execution and pre/post evaluation.
  • Consumer Affairs support
  • Social Media & brand's website management
  • Nielsen/IRI analysis and competitive tracking
  • Market analysis & consumer research coordination
  • Suppliers and other entities negotiation
  • Budget set up & control

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Management, Economy, Marketing or other degree combined with experience compatible to the position.
  • 2-3 years' experience in FMCG Brand Management. DPH experience highly valued.
  • Fluency in English while additional knowledge in French or Italian is valued.
  • Spanishnative (bornandlifeinSpain).
  • FMCG brand management experience.
  • Personal Care/Beauty brand management knowledge, highly valued.
  • Familiar with product development and 5Ps management.
  • Financial dominance on P&L preparation and Budget control.
  • Capability to develop brand advertising, instore and digital campaigns.
  • Negotiation experience to deal with different suppliers' profile (media, promotion, packaging).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and Nielsen/IRI Software.
