¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and account statements.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable operations.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful AR Accountant should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Spanish GAP, US GAAP & SOX
  • Proven record of team working
  • Capable to work in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus)
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience with ORACLE
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
