Orders inkey in Navision support. Send copies of the invoices to customers. Prepare and send an account statements or a list of invoices and credit notes to customers.
Information about orders (sent or not, expected delivery date, etc).Supplies: invoices control (SO&Outlet) and issues management. Deposit checks. Inkey credit notes and manual invoices. Help the accounting Department to anticipate financial cover every end-of-month
Accounting tasks. Contact with HQ: mails, calls, incidents. Logistic incidents. Archive invoices and credit notes (both customers and suppliers). Send documents regularly to our HQ (invoices, bank information, etc.) and to the Sales Forde (copies of invoices and credit notes).
Solve logistical issues (track boxes, replace lost products, solve crossed-boxes situations, etc.) and follow-up
Prepare statistics (Excel) for Sales Office Manager. Fill in the excel control with daily lost backorders.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
2 years experience in a similar position
English is a must (other languages are a plus)
