• A/P Process

- Reconciles vendor statements, researches and corrects discrepancies - Follows-up and reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Responds to all vendor inquires.
- Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

• Perform monthly closing activities, such as intercompany and cash reconciliations, fixed assets depreciation, AP accruals, prepaid amortization, rebates accruals, etc.
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymant-processes and books invoices with purchase orders.
• Monthly expense accrual preparation.
• Support tax preparations and legal requierements.
