- Reporting to the Country Manager your main tasks, will be:
- Manages product catalogs for assigned dealers and ensure constant accuracy of availability information.
- Manages backorders. Provide appropriate status and communication to dealers.
- Ensures shipments are made in a timely manner.
- Resolves any shipment or delivery issues.
- Provides business reports to Country Manager on the status of their business with the dealers.
- Manages guarantees: decides in which cases service and parts substitution corresponds to guarantee.
- Control and supervision of stock at dealers to increase PGA sales. Control and supervision display at shops.
- Assist dealers with any requirement about breakdowns or technical incidences on vehicles. Service bulletins.
- Telephone counseling to dealers and customers
- Training service to dealers
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Significant experience (5 years) in automotive sector especially post-sales
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once in a fast paced and stress situation.
- Conflict resolution ability
- Language skill: Fluent English mandatory and good command of Portuguese
- PC applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry within order processing/distribution systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude, high degree of team work.
- Excellent organization, communication and administrative skills
