- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls from both venues and customers.
- Handling inbound complaints and writing and responding to customers via email.
- Calling or emailing partners to confirm bookings.
- Providing help and support to customer queries.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Native level of Swedish and good command of English or Spanish.
- Previous experience within Customer Service is desirable.
- Motivated, positive and empathetic, capable to deal with clients requests.
- Proactive and good communication skills.
- Teamwork player.
- Full time position in a well-known multinational company based in Barcelona
