A beautiful resort that has been designed yo have a Spanish - Village atmosphere. They are seeking for a Sales Manager to be integrated in the commercial department.

Reporting to the Administration or Commercial Director his/her main responsibilities are:

  • Manage sales of the company's products and services ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales sales personnel.
  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Department in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Manage an assigned sales area and product line to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts negotiating sales prices and discounts in line with the Group Management Team and Revenue Department.
  • Review progress of sales roles through the company.
  • Analyse accurately annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts and revenues streams.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Control budget for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Experience of 4-5 years in the same position.
  • High level of English and Spanish
