- Coordinate Team Leaders and Customer Service teams of more than 10 different nationalities.
- Formulating & Implementing Operations strategy.
- Improve B2C & B2B customer service procedures.
- Setting and implementing KPIs.
- Implementation & management of key CRM tools.
- Training of Team Leads.
- Cost Controlling: P&L management for each group operations.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Minimum of 3 years experience of operations at a director level.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in managing Call Center and Data Entry centres/teams.
- Masters/degree is a plus.
International company located in Barcelona city.
Salary conditions: 80.000€ gross salary.
