Descripción de la oferta
‐ First line desk: employees will address problems, issues, needs to be collected and transmitted to his/her
‐ Office process owner: understanding (sometimes organization) and participation (if required) on all on-going
office vital process, including payrolls, expenses, activities, off-sites, office improvements and any other
delivery to employees.
‐ Suppliers Management (POs, Kitchen, Water, office supplies, etc)
‐ Shipments outbound and inbound (customs / importation included) for others than customers
‐ IT Administration (new contracts, cancel contracts, negotiation with suppliers in Spain and Portugal, expense
‐ LOPD (Data Protection - in coordination with Legal and HR)
‐ Extensions / Office Space management

‐ Communicative and problem-solving approach. Importance of being nice but strict at the same time
‐ Ability to create a relation with employees to help and understand their problems/needs.
‐ Works effectively in stressing environment (tight cross deadlines)
‐ Ability to be highly productive
‐ Able to write clearly and concisely
‐ Hands-on player
Experience & Background
‐ Experience in Administration department and tasks for more than 1-2 years
‐ Software Skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Outlook
‐ Vocational Training in Administration
‐ Fluent English & Spanish essential
