In the role of customer service agent, you will be in charge of managing both orders and claims of the assigned markets, handling inbound calls and emails, provide live support during online buying processes. You will give pre sales, logistics and post sales support to our customers and you will liaise with our local stores.

- Languages: Excellent command of the German language and fluent English or Spanish
