  • Constantly working with members of local front-office organizations across Europe to implement sales improvement initiatives.
  • Control of accountability, results and operations.
  • Analyses customer satisfaction and performance in different areas. Coaching in sales management and staff.
  • Colaborate with extra trainings and following up of the adquired and new knowledges.
  • Design and implementation of sales strategies, methodologies and processes that help protect and enhance the company's market shares & margins.
  • Collaborate with IT department to drive sales improvement in SAP, CRM...
  • Other demanded duties, within different departments.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Over 2 years of functional experience in a related front-office discipline, ideally sales/sales consultancy.
  • Graduate degree required / preference for candidates with MBA.
  • Fluent in English and other lenguages as a plus, both written and oral.
  • Process optimization/reengineering/harmonization experience is favourable.
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Previous experience implementing large projects (ideally sales or customer related) or effectively partnering with country organizations.
  • Willingness to travel and to work outside from home country up to 80% of time
  • EU-Citizenship or working permit required.
