- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls from Dutch customers (B2B).
- Handling inbound complaints (bank account, financial issues).
- Delivering a fast, efficient response to customers via email and telephone.
- Coordinate closely with the Account Management Team.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Native level of Dutch.
- Good command of English or Spanish or French.
- Previous experience within Customer Service B2B.
- Previous experience as cash collector is desirable.
- Motivated, positive and empathetic, capable to deal with clients requests.
- Proactive and good communication skills.
- Teamwork player.
Full time position, from Monday to Friday; located in Barcelona city.
