- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls from Dutch customers.
- Handling inbound complaints and writing and responding to customers via email.
- Calling or emailing partners to confirm bookings.
- Coordinate closely with the Account Management Team on any partner issues.
- Delivering a fast, efficient response to customers via email, online chat and telephone.
- Providing help and support to customer queries and processing bookings.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Native level of Dutch.
- Good command of English or Spanish.
- Previous experience within Customer Service is desirable.
- Motivated, positive and empathetic, capable to deal with clients requests.
- Proactive and good communication skills.
- Teamwork player.
Full time position, located in Barcelona city.
