His/her responsibilities will be:

  • Bidding process for ES clients.
  • Projects follow up: fieldwork, closing, escalations and troubleshooting.
  • External partners when needed (bid, commissioning, POs, etc).
  • Credit notes request.
  • Managing small and medium accounts in long term as well as meeting with clients.
  • Product support for clients: demos, project set up, feas & pricing doubts.
  • Communication and coverage with Partners when needed.
  • Support with Tier 1 clients.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Online market research/Tech-Digital Sales.
  • University degree in Business/Economics/Market Research.
  • Technology sales background and technology driven and savvy.
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage Online demos and F2F client meetings.
  • Experience and comfort working with a CRM system and other tools in a sales & business development role.
  • The candidate should be intuitive, operative, autonomous and know how to handle pressure.
