* Contact by phone with Main IT manufacturers customers located in Italy. (Oracle, HP, Microsoft, among others).
* Audit software license: Verify compliance with the regulations.
* Identify cases of unfair competition. Use of pirated licenses. Identify on licensing cases.
* Collect data.
* Development Report in Brazilian language.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
IT IS REQUIRED:
*Native level: Italian + High level of english.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to interpret and apply technical concepts.
*Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
*Excellent research, innovation and problem solving skills.
*Be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
*Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
*Good understanding of computer networks and architectures is a plus.
*Knowledge of software products and how they work in a customer environment is a plus.
*Salary: 18-20.000K fixed salary + 20% Variable salary.
*Schedule: L-J: 9:00H - 14:00H and 16:00 - 18:30H. F: 9:00 - 15:00H.
