Descripción de la oferta
* To advise and guide customers towards an appropriate solution.
* Share knowledge through the appropriate travel destinations, special interests, events and suppliers to improve the customer experience channels.
* Coordinate all necessary measures to manage customer needs: make phone calls and international e-mails necessary, registering cases and take actions necessary to document each case in the computer system, organising management corresponding claim and secure closure each file.
* Take responsibility for registering all the details accurately and efficiently.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Effective and efficient use of time and resources in order to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
* Ability to communicate effectively with the business standard in French or Danish (C1/C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Competent technical knowledge such as MS Office.
* Ability to work under pressure
