Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supports Company's clients on Adobe technologies (mainly UK and US based)
- Delivers proactive Monitoring and Support
- Supports Helpdesk team from UK and US
- Provide some email deliverability monitoring
- At term manage a Spanish team of Support analysts in Madrid for Celerity's global clients.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Informatics, Telecoms or Industrial FP or degree
- High capacity of team work
- Availability for out of hours "on calls" and eventually "on sites".
- Client facing Support
- Exigent SLAs support backtracks.
- Supporting Enterprise Systems.
- Proactive support methodologies.
- Problem solving.
- Good past KPIs at client's support account management.
- Fluent or very good level of written and oral English.
- "Can do" attitude.
- Adobe campaign/Neolane (V4, 5 and 6).
- Knowledge in the below technologies: Java, Hadoop, HBase, Hive, PostgreSQL.
- Adobe Cloud, AEM, CQ5, Scene 7, Adobe Target and Analytics.
- Past experience at managing Support units.
- Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset
- Linux and Windows Server
- System administration and network administration knowledge would be of benefit
- Any specific experience within the CRM or Digital Marketing sector would be beneficial, as would marketing experience in a more general sense
