-Lead the performance improvement initiatives
demonstrating best practice project management knowledge and seeking continuous improvement on the existing processes, from both an efficiency and customer centric perspective.
-Assume the role of PMO (project management officer) in all the internal strategic projects of the business.
-Lead the specific projects of the Operations Area, in close partnership with all the operational departments and IT development team.
-Actively participate and contribute to the results of the business in Spain
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Training and experience:
-Between 7-10 years of professional experience as PMO
Process Manager within the insurance industry necessarily in operational projects that involve IT teams.
Previous experience in Advisory Firms is desirable.
lean management knowledge,
-knowledge of the healthcare insurance business will be valuable.
-Very high level of English.
