  • To retain and expand the company's customer base
  • To develop and manage new business for the company, by identifying opportunities, developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • To understand and meet customer needs and lead high-quality presentations
  • To create long term business partnerships
  • To promote and sell the Company's leading solutions for the advertising industry.
  • To make high quality presentations and demos
  • To identify and develop cross selling new business opportunities
  • Negotiation of contracts with current and potential new customers
  • Drafting, recommending, implementing sales activities for the direct and indirect clients
  • Build trust based relationships with top level executives
  • Follow up on Creative Agencies, Media Agencies, Advertisers and Broadcasters working with the company and guarantee their expectations are met at all times.
  • Inform clients of new services, partnerships, and/or products as they are announced or released
  • Ensure teamwork and collaboration with other departments: customer service, broadcast services and provide support to these departments when required, as required.
  • Attend trade shows and vendor meetings when required
  • Monitor and research the industry and competition.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of sales activity.
  • Plan, update & track of activities using the CRM system

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Strong leadership, influencing, facilitation skills, coupled with sound judgement
  • Strong presentation, communication, account management and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and proven experience between 2 and 5 years.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with large groups of people face to face.
  • Working knowledge of the Media and the Advertising industry
  • Highly organised with strong focus on follow through results
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good business sense coupled with strategic mindset
  • Ability to self-start, multi task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Team player wiling to take on a wide variety of tasks
  • "Just do it" mentality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Languages - native Spanish and fluent in English. Portuguese desirable.
