The Brand Executive will be based in Madrid and will work in the Marketing Department reporting directly to a Brand Manager.

Her/his functions will be:

  • Understanding overall Brand Strategy - Reach a clear understanding of the brand positioning and its short and long term strategies in order to get a clear view of where the company wants to bring the brand in order to: 1) Exploit existing opportunities 2) Generate new ideas.
  • Implementation of Projects - Assume responsibility together with the deployment team of the implementation of the projects assigned included in brand plan, ensuring projects are executed according with the brand strategy with excellence.
  • Understanding Consumer and Market dynamics across the three markets under the Iberian Cluster - Deeply understand our consumers, our competition, cigarette market dynamics and the major characteristics of the "Trade Universe".
  • Brand Analysis - Carry out analysis of the brand performance at all levels on a regular basis at international and national level, through the use of the different sources available, in order to identify issues and opportunities for the brand and the synergies across the markets.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

- University degree (a MBA and/or Master related with Marketing is an asset).

- At least 2-4 years of experience as a Junior Brand Manager or Brand Executive in Marketing in FMCG multinational companies

- Fluent in English
