Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the candidate will carry out the following functions:
* In the Admissions Department will be ensuring effective admissions process which reflects best practice at all stages.
* Monitor the weekly progress of the school´s admissions pipeline, identifying any issues - feedback to school and monitor progress.
*Take responsibility for data quality gathering and providing regular intelligence, analyses and advice on Strategy and Best practice to senior management team (Head teacher and Head of Marketing).
*Drive performance improvements across the Admissions discipline through setting KPI´s and targets and monitoring / auditing / performance managing against those targets.
*Managing effective databases.
*Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
The selected candidate must:
- Own a Diploma or Degree level qualification in a relevant field / ability to demonstrate relevant and successful experience in a similar setting.
- Experience of a similar role in an independent school / university will be distinct advantage.
-Strong emphasis on customer journey and conversion processes.
-Results oriented, with the ability to demonstrate expertise in using data.
-Analytical skills, ability to use multiple datasets to identify trends, provide intelligence and improve performance.
-Commercially astute with a very good understanding of financial metrics and forecasting.
-Excellent people management skills.
-Experience of using customer systems / databases / CRM platforms at "super user" level.
-Experience in education admissions / sales / customer service facing operations who can deliver process excellence across the customer journey to optimise recruitment outcomes.
